As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing your 5 years of expertise in cybersecurity to the table. Your primary role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer needs and provide customized cybersecurity solutions. - Assist in creating technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) for clients. - Offer technical support during the sales cycle and address customer queries regarding cybersecurity solutions. - Aid in the design and configuration of cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint security products. - Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value and advantages of our cybersecurity solutions. - Engage directly with customers to grasp their technical requirements and propose effective security solutions. - Participate in client visits to showcase solutions in person and ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscape. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Required Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, technical support, or cybersecurity-related roles. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat management. - Ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Willingness to travel for client visits and maintain a customer-centric approach. - Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies and trends. - Team player with effective collaboration skills across different teams.
