Technical Presales Engineer

As a Presales Cybersecurity Specialist at WiJungle, you will play a vital role in designing tailored cybersecurity solutions for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design customized cybersecurity solutions. - Conducting engaging product demonstrations, POCs, and presentations for prospects, customers, and partners. - Collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. - Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other presales documentation with precision and clarity. - Building trusted advisor relationships with customers by highlighting the business value of the WiJungle platform. - Representing WiJungle at events, webinars, and partner sessions as a thought leader. - Gathering and sharing customer feedback with the product team to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or solution consulting. - Strong understanding of network security and cybersecurity domains. - Preference for candidates with prior experience in product-based companies or OEMs. - Exceptional communication, articulation, and presentation skills, both written and spoken. - Willingness to travel for client engagements and events as needed.
