Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution.Manage and scale inside sales team and renewal processes.Oversee RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and coordinate with the bidding team.Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.Track KPIs, forecast sales pipelines, and report to leadership.Requirements:5–6 years of experience in sales roles within IT startups. preferably in OEMs.Strong understanding of tech solutions and B2B Enterprise Sales.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Technical background with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
