Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven ISR Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team focused on cybersecurity products and solutions. This role involves driving pipeline generation, managing sales development reps, and working closely with field sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet lead generation and sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and generate qualified leads.
Track team performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
Coordinate closely with regional sales leaders and align on priorities.

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT products.
Proven experience in managing high-performing inside sales or SDR teams.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and buyer personas.
Excellent communication, leadership, and CRM reporting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.
Knowledge of B2B enterprise sales cycles.
