Job Description

The role you are applying for involves leading and managing a team of senior individual contributors and managers to achieve revenue and margin goals, contributing to the organization's revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing business strategies using your domain knowledge and ensuring that client concerns are addressed to build strong relationships. Additionally, you will manage budgets, oversee the documentation of sales materials, and mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and facilitating skill development activities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of individual contributors and/or managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to develop team members and enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts. You will also be developing targeted business plans and strategies, allocating resources effectively to achieve margin and sales goals, and establishing professional relationships with key client executives to drive profitable revenue growth. Furthermore, you will utilize competitive intelligence for sales forecasting, manage budget plans, design sales incentive programs, and gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance the customer experience. In terms of qualifications, a four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is recommended. Alternatively, relevant work experience or demonstrated competence will be considered. Ideally, candidates should have 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or related fields. Key skills and knowledge required for this role include account management, business development, business planning, customer relationship management, sales channel management, finance, market share, marketing, sales management, sales process, Salesforce, strategic thinking, among others. Additionally, cross-org skills such as customer centricity, prioritization, resilience, team management, and strategic thinking are valued for this position.
