Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive / Manager – Accounts (Costing)
Experience: 7–10 Years
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and control product costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
  • Monitor standard costing, actual vs. budget analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and ensure accuracy of data in ERP system.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly cost audits and prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Support management in pricing decisions, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores for capturing accurate cost data.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, cost audit requirements, and statutory norms.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor cost control measures.
  • Handle internal/external auditors for cost-related queries.
  • Support implementation of cost optimization initiatives across departments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of costing, cost audits, and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Qualification:

  • CA / ICWA (Cost Accountant) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
