Costing Manager

As a Manager Costing in the Finance & Accounts department at Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, you will have the following responsibilities: - Prepare product cost sheets for accurate and efficient costing. - Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to identify discrepancies. - Identify areas where costs can be reduced and controlled effectively. - Enhance the budgeting process and oversee cost-related aspects across various functions. - Generate various MIS reports to assist in decision-making processes. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Post Graduate in Finance. - 5-7 years of experience in Costing, with expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, monitoring, and control. - Mandatory experience with SAP FICO. Your functional skills should include: - Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, monitoring, and generating MIS reports. - Setting standards for costing and enhancing performance and efficiency. - Analyzing financial records and MIS to drive regional efficiency. In addition, you are expected to possess the following behavioral competencies: - Effective communication skills to ensure timely information sharing within your team. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate results and solve problems efficiently. - High ethical standards to guide your team effectively. - Critical thinking abilities to maximize resource utilization. - Engage in communication with business heads to align strategies.
