Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a computer stitching operator in the footwear industry, located in Dehradun. The computer stitching operator will be responsible for overseeing computer operations related to stitching footwear, performing back-office operations, ensuring computer literacy for the role, and typing relevant documents. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring efficient and accurate computer stitching processes, maintaining communication with team members, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Qualifications1. Computer Stitch & Automation 2. Operate and monitor computer stitch and automated footwear machinery. 3. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. 4. Troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth machine operations. 5. Ensure stitching quality standards are met consistently. 6. Assist in process standardization and SOP creation 7. Coordinate with production and quality teams to drive improvements. • Familiarity with computer stitch machines and automation processes. • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling.• Good observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
