Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Manager merchandising footwear at Mochiko Group. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising strategy, coordinating with production and sales teams, managing material inventory, and ensuring optimal assortment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, developing merchandising plans, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in footwear industry and or related merchandising fields
• Bachelor's degree in footwear manufacturing or a related field
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
