Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant Manager located in Dehradun. The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various day-to-day tasks, such as coordinating recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in performance evaluations, and facilitating training and development programs.

• Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Laws
• Experience with Employee Benefits Administration
• Experience with Payroll & Compliance
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
