Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Manager / AGM in Footwear Manufacturing at Mochiko Group, located in Dehradun. The role involves overseeing and managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing strategies to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager/AGM will work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Compliance, and Manufacturing Process Management skills
• Experience in implementing quality improvement strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and industry standards
• Experience with quality management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
