Costing Manager

The Manager Costing position in the Finance & Accounts department at Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, reports to the Head of Finance. As a Manager Costing, your primary responsibilities will include preparing product cost sheets, conducting cost analysis and variance analysis, identifying areas for cost reduction and control, enhancing budgeting and cost-related functions across the organization, and generating various Management Information System (MIS) reports. You should hold a Post Graduate degree in Finance and possess 5-7 years of experience in Costing. It is essential to have expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, monitoring, and control, with mandatory experience in SAP FICO. Your functional skills should encompass knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, monitoring, MIS reporting, setting standards for costing, and improving performance and efficiency through financial record analysis. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to exhibit strong behavioral competencies. Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging your team and ensuring timely information presentation. You must be adept at analyzing information, evaluating results, and problem-solving. Upholding high ethical standards and fostering critical thinking among team members are integral aspects of your role. Moreover, you should engage in communication with business heads to drive operational efficiency.
