Job Title: Senior Accountant
Experience: 7–10 Years
Department: Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
· Finalize accounts, prepare balance sheet, P&L, and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
· Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and support management with financial analysis.
· Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
· Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit process.
· Maintain accurate records for vendor payments, receivables, and inventory accounting.
· Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and assist in cost control initiatives.
· Supervise junior team members and ensure adherence to accounting policies and standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/Oracle and MS Excel.
· Analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Good communication and team management skills.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Qualification:
· B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
