Role: Corporate Business Development (CDB)

Function:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close corporate/anchor partnerships across targeted sectors.

• Build and manage CXO-level relationships to unlock recurring downstream financing opportunity.

• Develop value propositions for anchors, focused on cash-flow solutions, digitised payables, and channel financing.

• Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure pipelines generated through anchors feed the pan-India sales organisation.

• Coordinate with Product, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live of partnerships.

• Track pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics through CRM with high discipline.

• Represent Xtracap Fintech at industry forums and enterprise meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Corporate BD, Anchor Acquisition, Enterprise Sales, or Partnerships (Fintech/NBFC/Banking preferred).

• Demonstrated success in revenue-linked partnership roles.

• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and negotiate commercial terms.

• High persistence, execution discipline, and comfort in a rapidly scaling environment.
