Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Collection Executive/ Manager who can manage recovery of dues across ticket sizes — from high-value supply chain credit lines to smaller working capital loans. The candidate must have prior experience in Unsecured Business Loan and Credit Card collections, possess strong negotiation skills, and be comfortable with field-based recovery work in urban and semi-urban markets and strong understanding of legal process. Key Responsibilities: · Execute field collections for overdue accounts in the assigned region. · Manage and follow up on high-ticket and small-ticket cases with equal efficiency. · Visit customer locations, conduct personal discussions, and negotiate settlements or repayment plans. · Adhere to RBI-compliant recovery norms and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions. · Maintain accurate field visit records, feedback, and follow-up updates in the system. · Coordinate with the centralized collections and legal teams for skip tracing, dispute resolution, and escalation of critical cases. · Ensure collection targets are met as per monthly and quarterly business plans. · Maintain and update recovery MIS and submit daily reports to reporting managers. · Identify and highlight potential frauds, absconders, or chronic defaulters for legal action. Key Requirements: · Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in field collections of Unsecured Business Loans and Credit Card dues. · Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, including inter-city and semi-urban routes as required. · Proven track record in handling recovery of cases above ₹5 Lakhs as well as low-ticket loans. · Good understanding of legal tools and documentation related to collections (Section 138, Section 9, etc.). · Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. · Comfortable using digital tools for collection updates and tracking. Preferred Background: · Prior experience with NBFCs, Fintech lenders, or Collection Agencies in unsecured lending. · Knowledge of local language(s) and familiarity with assigned geography. · Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
