Job Description

As the Marketing Manager for Juniors Fashion Week, you will play a crucial role in scaling up the business through brand associations and managing existing brand relationships. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the marketing strategy, formulating and implementing marketing strategies for JFW, and identifying potential brands for partnership. You will be required to create pitches, present them to brands, and initiate sponsorship communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for brand building of Juniors Fashion Week on a global scale. - Execute end-to-end big-scale events and campaigns. - Network with eminent personalities in the fashion industry. - Manage the public relations department and agency. - Formulate PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance the company's public perception. - Produce reports on organization events, respond to media and public queries, and create press releases and media kits. - Manage the company's reputation with the public and clients, providing comprehensive information for the media. - Work with clients to develop a social media strategy that aligns with marketing objectives. - Research top influencers, competitors, and industry trends, reporting on media actions monthly. - Identify and cultivate PR opportunities and connections for Atomic to leverage in public relations efforts. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand remains industry-leading, particularly in mobile marketing. - Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners for effective marketing strategies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or related field. - Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. - Proficiency in media relations, content creation, and digital marketing. - Knowledge of industry trends, influencers, and competitor analysis. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify new opportunities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, agencies, and partners.,
