Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Uttar Pradesh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating business strategies, negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions to clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and project timelines are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in distribution management - candidate from SCF preferred
• Good network of distrbutors of brands in UP
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of channel financing solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Proactive and result-oriented with problem-solving abilities
