Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive agri-input sales and
strengthen our presence in key agricultural markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
• Conduct field visits, trials, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Identify and acquire new customers across the territory.
• Plan and conduct farmer meetings and CDO sessions.
• Promote cross-selling and up-selling of agri products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain sales data in CRM and share timely reports.
• Managing and handling team .
Desired Candidate Profile
• Degree in Agricultural Science (B.Sc/M.Sc)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agri-input sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with field sales and dealer network
• Comfortable with frequent travel
