About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for gifting solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, and CXO-level decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting assortments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, quotations, and order execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and customized gifting solutions as per client needs.
• Track market trends and competitor activities in the corporate gifting space.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.
• Attend events/meetings for business development when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in

  B2B / Corporate Sales

  , preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of corporate gifting categories and seasonal demands.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
