As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Manager to take ownership of business growth in India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Manager role located in Navi Mumbai at RYMO. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, customer service, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with existing and new - international manufacturers, government distributors. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies by leveraging Rymo’s international connects and by leveraging CSR opportunities. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing import sales division. Drive sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets. Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies to accelerate national growth. Plan and execute sales campaigns, product promotions, and market penetration initiatives. Provide training and coaching to sales team members and partners. Ensure team members are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team. Requirements Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Ability to develop and manage distribution partnerships effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and market research to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
