Reservation Management Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, website, or online travel agents (OTAs). Accurately input bookings into the property management system (PMS) and confirm reservations promptly. Monitor daily room availability and adjust allocations to optimize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate with sales and front office teams for group bookings, long stays, and special arrangements. Customer Service Provide detailed information to guests regarding room types, amenities, pricing, and policies. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve booking-related issues professionally. Upsell higher room categories and promote ongoing offers or packages. Revenue & Reporting Work closely with the Revenue / Sales team to manage pricing, availability, and yield optimization. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports. Track booking sources and maintain OTA performance reports. Coordination & Communication Liaise with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals. Coordinate with the finance department for advance payments, refunds, and billing queries. Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments. System & Process Compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property policies, rates, and promotions. Ensure accuracy in guest information and reservation details to prevent booking discrepancies.
