Job Description

  • 1. Consistently meeting the potential corporate companies in various segments to discuss about Truliv property premium coliving along with our Holiday homes. (Corporate, IT, Banks, Institutions, Manufacturing Industries, Govt organizations, Premium hospitals and Institutions and more related area to connect on daily basis.)
  • 2. Discuss about the coliving bulk collaboration and sign up for an MOU.
  • 3. Target min 50 corporates and sign an MOU nearby our Truliv properties.
  • 4. Regular meeting with our various property managers to understand the client profile to improve the gentle connection for next level of references.
  • 5. Core connects and supports the existing corporates needs and requirements. Track the data confidentially and meaningfully.
  • 6. Daily connect with Warden application to understand the daily occupation ratio and more work for the lower number area properties to increase the percentage.
  • 7. Daily connect with presales (Tele-Sales team) to understand any corporate lead discussion.
  • 8. Connect with legal team support to arrange the MOU based on the company profile and requirements.
  • 9. Arranging the MOU within 24 hrs of time to settle the file within 2 working days.
  • 10. Target for bulk proposal with corporate connections.
  • 11. Target for branding expansion through the various networks.
  • 12. Target for reference market on daily basis.
  • 13. Target for corporate area is a primary market to work on daily basis, and retail will be a secondary market to connect the good leads.
  • 14. Daily task and data will be maintained on time record in the uniformity structure.
  • 15. Daily reporting and communication to assigned AGM-Corporate sales for the daily actions, meetings, and upcoming business calls without fail.
  • 16. Daily direct meeting connects with AGM-Corporate sales 9.45am to 10.15am or eod 6.15pm to 6.45pm on daily basis.
  • 17. Take a direct call with AGM to potential corporate meetings/, and target of min 2-3 meetings consistently.
  • 18. Structure your existing meetings and activate on time.
  • 19. Daily task will be meeting with potential connect without any deviation.
  • 20. No postponement, No delay in daily work process, No miscommunication to all of our daily process. Every call is a sale, revenue for a company.
