Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing B2B sales activities in the designated market geography. This role is a frontline field sales position where you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, understanding client needs, and achieving set business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, and field selling. Map potential customers based on the industry focus strategy. - Understand the needs of clients and tailor products to fit those needs. - Ensure the client database is actively updated in the sales tool. - Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential clients to provide product and services demonstrations. - Convert leads by effectively pitching the right product. - Explore cross-selling, up-selling, and reference selling to achieve the set business target. - Engage in sales negotiation to secure firm commitments and close deals. - Coordinate with client organizations to ensure purchase orders are obtained. - Responsible for sales collection and managing client expectations by resolving concerns/issues in agreed time frames. - Monitor client satisfaction levels and escalate any concerns to ensure resolution. - Possess in-depth knowledge about different product categories and current market trends in the corporate gifting industry. - Update the Sales CRM tool and submit sales reporting as per standard operating procedures (SOP). Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree/masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with relevant sales experience. - 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales. - Strong track record of sales achievement and excellent stakeholder management skills. - High target orientation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Field sales experience. - Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of CRM Tools. - Strong business communication and presentation skills. Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work. English language proficiency is preferred for this role.
