Job Description

Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team
  • Manage key accounts and oversee contract negotiations and closures
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Leadsquare)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Industry-specific sales experience (SaaS, IT, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
