Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  full recruitment lifecycle

  : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and draft job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates using multiple channels LinkedIn, job portals, college tie-ups, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update hiring trackers, ensuring timely closure of open roles.
• Build a

  talent pipeline

  for future hiring and internship programs.
• Partner with colleges and institutions for fresher and intern hiring.
• Support general HR operations such as maintaining employee databases and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in

  end-to-end recruitment

  , preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• A proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
