As an L&D, Behavioral Training, or Leadership Coaching professional at Kovaion, you will play a crucial role in unlocking human potential through powerful conversations, coaching, and culture. Your focus will be on turning individual contributors into confident leaders and freshers into culturally-aligned professionals. You will lead high-impact learning programs covering soft skills like communication, collaboration, time management, presentation & public speaking, business etiquette, problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, behavioral training including ownership, emotional intelligence, feedback culture, growth mindset, adaptability, professionalism, work ethic, diversity, leadership development such as IC to TL journeys, team handling, situational leadership, people & team management, coaching & mentoring skills, strategic thinking, and mental well-being & stress management. Moreover, you will design custom growth journeys tailored to individual needs, work closely with HR, Tech & Business teams to identify gaps and develop solutions, support new hires in cultural onboarding, and drive value-based learning initiatives. - Lead high-impact learning programs on soft skills, behavioral training, and leadership development - Design custom growth journeys based on individual needs - Collaborate with HR, Tech & Business teams to identify and address gaps - Support new hires in cultural onboarding and early productivity - Facilitate group workshops, one-on-one coaching, and micro-learning series - Track engagement, feedback, and impact to measure effectiveness - 8-12 years of experience in L&D, Behavioral Training, or Leadership Coaching - Strong facilitation & storytelling skills - Experience in coaching early-career professionals - Ability to balance empathy with structure - Familiarity with competency frameworks, learning styles, and training ROI tracking - Bonus: Certifications in coaching, facilitation, psychometrics, NLP, or similar At Kovaion, you will have the opportunity to shape the human layer of a tech-driven organization, build impactful learning solutions, witness personal growth in individuals, and be empowered to innovate, simplify, and take ownership of your space.,
