We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s part creative lead, part trend-hacker, and full-on visual storyteller. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept): Own the brand visuals — from mood boards to mind-blowing executions Create thumb-stopping content for digital, print, social, email, internal events, and more Animate with After Effects or Premiere Pro (because static is so last year) Mentor junior designers and review their work with a sharp yet kind eye Translate abstract ideas into designs people can feel Maintain consistency while keeping the brand fresh and relevant Collaborate with marketing, tech, product, and HR teams to make every visual count Stay on top of design trends, tools, formats, and memes Your Toolkit: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – non-negotiable After Effects / Premiere Pro – for motion magic Figma or Sketch – for design collabs & UI mockups Deep love for typography, color theory, grids, and design systems Bonus: experience with 3D, branding, or product launch visuals Your Vibe: A design leader with 8+ years of strong visual storytelling You’ve got a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling Obsessed with detail but not stuck in perfection paralysis Curious, fast-learning, and collaborative Cool under pressure with a can-do attitude and good design karma Why You’ll Love It Here: You’ll get to define and elevate our visual language Work in a creative, open environment where ideas (and memes) are welcome Plenty of ownership and room to experiment Flexible work style — we care more about output than office chairs Projects with purpose and teams with heart
