Medical Sales Representative

You will be joining RYMO, a company committed to enhancing physical rehabilitation services by providing advanced infrastructure to individuals undergoing rehabilitation. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote product adoption in clinics and hospitals. This field-based role involves engaging with healthcare providers, showcasing our products, generating leads, and closing deals. Your key responsibilities will include visiting clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to introduce our products, conducting product demos and presentations for doctors, physiotherapists, and decision-makers, as well as actively generating new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, following up with prospects to drive conversions, and maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools will also be crucial aspects of your role. Your insights and feedback from the field will play a vital role in enhancing our product and sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a background in Healthcare or Science considered advantageous. Additionally, having 1-3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields, will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, effective presentation and negotiation abilities, as well as proficiency in using mobile apps and CRM software are essential requirements. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key performance indicator.
