We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Associate to grow our presence across hospitals and clinics in Chennai.🎯 Responsibilities • Drive on-ground sales through clinic and hospital visits • Conduct product demos and support patient fittings • Build strong relationships with therapists and clinicians • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM reports • Share field insights to support growth and service excellence ✅ Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in medical device sales • Graduation in Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or related background • Proficiency in English and Tamil • Strong communication skills and comfort with regular field travel 💼 Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Fresher: 18,000 – ₹23,000 / month 3-4 y/o exp: 28,000 – 38,000 / month • Quarterly performance-based incentives • Daily travel allowance
