Role Overview

As the Production Manager/Supervisor at Cre-AID Labs, you will ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing operations of our custom medical-splint products. You will lead the production team, plan workflows, manage materials/devices, and bridge communication between design, R&D and logistics to deliver on client/patient orders within regulatory, safety, and timeline constraints.

• Manage dispatch and other logistics coordination.
• Inventory Management.
• Vendor Management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Production / Mechanical / Biomedical) or equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
• 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory or management role — preferably within medical devices, prototyping, or additive manufacturing/3D printing.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, or related) and post-processing workflows.
• Strong leadership, people management, scheduling, and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with quality standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance (especially in the medical/healthcare domain).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maruthi Sevanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
