About Us

Role Overview

As the Production Manager/Supervisor at Cre-AID Labs, you will ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing operations of our custom medical-splint products. You will lead the production team, plan workflows, manage materials/devices, and bridge communication between design, R&D and logistics to deliver on client/patient orders within regulatory, safety, and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning and Execution.
Team management and Supervision.
Supervise production activities.
Manage dispatch and other logistics coordination.
Inventory Management.
Vendor Management.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Production / Mechanical / Biomedical) or equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production supervisory or management role — preferably within medical devices, prototyping, or additive manufacturing/3D printing.
Hands-on experience with
3D printing technologies
(FDM, SLA, or related) and post-processing workflows.
Strong leadership, people management, scheduling, and coordination capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain dynamics.
Familiarity with quality standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance (especially in the medical/healthcare domain).
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office / Google Sheets.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions.
