Job Summary

The Production Manager – PEB Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) components. The role ensures timely production in line with project schedules while maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and optimal utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Oversee fabrication and manufacturing of PEB components including structural steel members, panels, and accessories.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with Design, Procurement, Quality Control, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Manage manpower planning, machine utilization, raw material availability, and inventory control.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, delivery timelines, and cost.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize production costs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and company policies.
• Address production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare production reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of PEB manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and team management.
• Good understanding of quality systems and safety standards in steel fabrication.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production reporting and ERP/MIS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
