Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Production Manager based in Mumbai. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery. The role includes managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Production Manager will also be tasked with optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective operations and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Strong project management and production scheduling skills
Experience in quality assurance, operational processes, and compliance with safety regulations
Effective team management, communication, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in production technologies, tools, and equipment, including understanding of fiber laser and CNC router technologies
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in modular furniture, signage production, or branding is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
