Production Manager

• Oversee and manage

  all aspects of the garment production lifecycle, from cutting and stitching to finishing and packaging.

• Develop and implement

  production schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate

  the production team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

• Optimize resource allocation

  (manpower, machinery, and materials) to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• Monitor and report

  on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure strict adherence

  to quality control standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.

• Proven experience

  ( 2+ years) in a Production Management role, specifically within the

  Garment/Apparel Manufacturing

  sector is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, machinery, and quality control techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
