Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team at Ayurveda Research and Life Sciences LLP, a leading Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical company. As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and retail outlets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products: Present and promote our Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers to drive product sales.
• Product knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Ayurvedic products and their applications to provide accurate and detailed information to healthcare professionals.
• Sales targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, creating a positive impact on the company's revenue and market share.
• Market research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends in the Ayurvedic pharmaceutical industry.
• Product demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations for healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and usage of our products.
• Customer support: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints from healthcare providers.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative in the Ayurvedic pharmaceutical industry is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and their applications is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to meet customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
