Sales Representative - FMCG Division

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or consumer product sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Knowledge of local markets and distribution channels preferred.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license will be an advantage.
