● Develop multi-format content: recipe roundups, cooking explainers, brand features, appliance reviews, and food culture stories
● Manage the editorial calendar aligned with festivals, seasonal produce, shopping moments, and brand campaigns
● Collaborate with design/product teams to create immersive layouts and shoppable editorial blocks
● Use AI for recipe ideation, ingredient pairings, and personalized meal planning
● Integrate AI-driven experiences like smart recipe filters, cooking timers, and interactive meal planners
● Maintain editorial integrity while scaling content production with AI assistance
● Partner with monetization/brand teams to translate briefs into engaging food-focused campaigns
● Curate affiliate products (cookware, appliances, ingredients) and integrate them seamlessly into content
● Balance editorial trust with commerce goals — from product reviews to recipe-linked shopping
● Work closely with social, SEO, and growth teams to amplify content reach across digital channels
● Monitor analytics to optimize tone, format, and merchandising strategies
● Lead/mentor a small network of freelance food writers, chefs, or stylists
● Content Engagement: Page views, time spent, CTR on shoppable links
● SEO Performance: Rankings for fashion/lifestyle keywords and organic growth
● Client/Partner Success: Satisfaction with editorial collaborations, repeat briefs from brand
● Audience Retention: Newsletter sign-ups, returning visitor percentage, repeat engagement with fashion content
● 6–9 years in food content writing and editing, editorial strategy, or digital publishing
● Strong editorial voice with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience needs
● Comfort with AI-assisted content creation, visual generation, and personalization tools
● Ability to adapt tone: from aspirational storytelling to clear commerce-driven copy
● Proficiency with CMS, visual tools (Canva), and analytics platforms
● Data-driven mindset: able to interpret content performance and optimize strategies
● Network with chefs, food brands, or culinary influencers
● Experience in food e-commerce, affiliate ecosystems, or live commerce
● Skills in short-form food content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
● Basic food photography, styling, or recipe development knowledge
● Exposure to regional and international food cultures
