From seasonal edits to style guides, youll create content that is aspirational, actionable, and shoppable powered by AI tools, audience insights, and market intelligence.Reporting to the Head of Editorial & Audience Experience, this is a high-ownership role at the intersection of fashion content and commerce. Youll not only craft stories but also shape the fashion vertical strategy, ensuring our editorial drives both engagement and conversionsKey ResponsibilitiesEditorial Strategy & CreationOwn the fashion and lifestyle content strategy across womens, mens, kids, beauty, and accessories categoriesDevelop multi-format content: trend reports, styling guides, brand features, lookbooks, and product reviewsManage the editorial calendar aligned with fashion seasons, key shopping moments (festivals, sales, fashion weeks), and brand campaignsCollaborate with design/product teams to create immersive layouts and shoppable editorial blocksAI-Enhanced Storytelling (As and when these are integrated into TMOE)Leverage AI for trend analysis, content ideation, outfit pairings, and personalized style recommendationsIntegrate AI-driven experiences such as virtual try-ons and lookbook generators to enhance engagement while maintaining editorial integrity Commerce & Brand AlignmentPartner with the monetization/brand teams to translate briefs into engaging editorial campaignsCurate and integrate affiliate products seamlessly into content, balancing editorial voice with commerce goalsEnsure brand/editorial synergy delivering content that inspires trust, not just clicksCross-Functional & DistributionWork closely with social, SEO, and growth teams to amplify content reach across digital channelsMonitor analytics to optimize tone, format, and merchandising strategiesLead and mentor a small network of freelance writers/stylists, ensuring high-quality outputSuccess Metrics (KPIs)Content Engagement: Page views, time spent, CTR on shoppable linksSEO Performance: Rankings for fashion/lifestyle keywords and organic growthClient/Partner Success: Satisfaction with editorial collaborations, repeat briefs from brand Audience Retention: Newsletter sign-ups, returning visitor percentage, repeat engagement with fashion contentIdeal Candidate Profile69 years in fashion content, editorial strategy, or digital publishingStrong editorial voice with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience needsComfort with AI-assisted content creation, visual generation, and personalization toolsAbility to adapt tone: from aspirational storytelling to clear commerce-driven copyProficiency with CMS, visual tools (Canva, Figma), and analytics platformsData-driven mindset: able to interpret content performance and optimize strategiesNice to HaveNetwork with fashion brands, stylists, or influencer ecosystemsExperience in fashion e-commerce, affiliate ecosystems, or live commerceSkills in short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Basic fashion photography, styling, or creative direction knowledgeExposure to regional or international fashion markets Growth & Career PathHigh-ownership role with direct visibility to leadershipOpportunity to grow into Head of Fashion Editorial or Regional Editorial Lead as TMOE scalesExposure to cross-border content practices and global fashion commerce modelsWhy TMOEWork at the cutting edge of content + commerce innovationBe part of a fast-growing startup with regional and global ambitionsFlexible, collaborative work culture with offices in India and SingaporeA company that values ownership, creativity, and impactEqual Opportunity: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace
