Role Overview Were looking for a fashion-forward Content Specialist / Lead who can blend editorial storytelling, trendspotting, and commerce outcomes. From seasonal edits to style guides, youll create content that is aspirational, actionable, and shoppable powered by AI tools, audience insights, and market intelligence. Reporting to the Head of Editorial & Audience Experience, this is a high-ownership role at the intersection of fashion content and commerce. Youll not only craft stories but also shape the fashion vertical strategy, ensuring our editorial drives both engagement and conversions Key Responsibilities Editorial Strategy & Creation Own the fashion and lifestyle content strategy across womens, mens, kids, beauty, and accessories categories Develop multi-format content: trend reports, styling guides, brand features, lookbooks, and product reviews Manage the editorial calendar aligned with fashion seasons, key shopping moments (festivals, sales, fashion weeks), and brand campaigns Collaborate with design/product teams to create immersive layouts and shoppable editorial blocks AI-Enhanced Storytelling (As and when these are integrated into TMOE) Leverage AI for trend analysis, content ideation, outfit pairings, and personalized style recommendations Integrate AI-driven experiences such as virtual try-ons and lookbook generators to enhance engagement while maintaining editorial integrity Commerce & Brand Alignment Partner with the monetization/brand teams to translate briefs into engaging editorial campaigns Curate and integrate affiliate products seamlessly into content, balancing editorial voice with commerce goals Ensure brand/editorial synergy delivering content that inspires trust, not just clicks Cross-Functional & Distribution Work closely with social, SEO, and growth teams to amplify content reach across digital channels Monitor analytics to optimize tone, format, and merchandising strategies Lead and mentor a small network of freelance writers/stylists, ensuring high-quality output Success Metrics (KPIs) Content Engagement: Page views, time spent, CTR on shoppable links SEO Performance: Rankings for fashion/lifestyle keywords and organic growth Client/Partner Success: Satisfaction with editorial collaborations, repeat briefs from brand Audience Retention: Newsletter sign-ups, returning visitor percentage, repeat engagement with fashion content Ideal Candidate Profile 69 years in fashion content, editorial strategy, or digital publishing Strong editorial voice with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience needs Comfort with AI-assisted content creation, visual generation, and personalization tools Ability to adapt tone: from aspirational storytelling to clear commerce-driven copy Proficiency with CMS, visual tools (Canva, Figma), and analytics platforms Data-driven mindset: able to interpret content performance and optimize strategies Nice to Have Network with fashion brands, stylists, or influencer ecosystems Experience in fashion e-commerce, affiliate ecosystems, or live commerce Skills in short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Basic fashion photography, styling, or creative direction knowledge Exposure to regional or international fashion markets Growth & Career Path High-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership Opportunity to grow into Head of Fashion Editorial or Regional Editorial Lead as TMOE scales Exposure to cross-border content practices and global fashion commerce models Why TMOE Work at the cutting edge of content + commerce innovation Be part of a fast-growing startup with regional and global ambitions Flexible, collaborative work culture with offices in India and Singapore A company that values ownership, creativity, and impact Equal Opportunity: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace Show more Show less
