Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage finance operations across multiple TMOE group companies . The role covers Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, Taxation, Banking, Collections, and MIS reporting , with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reconciliations . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with book entries, payroll processing, banking/payment approvals, MIS preparation , and will ensure records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You will report to the Company’s Virtual CFO (VCFO) and work closely with the Directors Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Generate and issue sales invoices as per contract terms Record customer payments and reconcile AR ledgers across entities Maintain aging reports and perform customer account reconciliations Coordinate with clients for overdue collections and send reminders Support consolidated revenue tracking and MIS reporting Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims Ensure timely payments with applicable TDS deductions Match invoices with POs and GRNs (where relevant) Maintain vendor ledgers and perform reconciliations across companies Payroll Management Process monthly payroll including salaries, reimbursements, and deductions Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements Prepare and maintain payroll registers and employee records for each entity Work with HR to validate employee inputs and resolve discrepancies Taxation & Compliance Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) Manage TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing (26Q/24Q) Maintain compliance calendars for all group companies and ensure adherence Liaise with consultants/auditors during tax filings and statutory audits Banking & MIS Enter and update transactions in the banking system for payment approvals Manage and track inter-company fund transfers and reconciliations Prepare accurate finance MIS reports and dashboards for management review Support monthly and yearly closings with error-free book entries Ensure 100% accuracy in data, records, and reporting Payment and Collections Vendor and employee communication for payment status with follow ups.
