Role Description
Join our dynamic and growing ESG advisory practice, where we support clients in navigating sustainability, climate risk, and evolving regulatory landscapes. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will contribute to strategic ESG engagements across reporting, decarbonization, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.This role requires a strong foundation in ESG concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. You will help deliver actionable, forward-looking solutions aligned with global frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, IFRS, and BRSR, while staying informed on emerging sustainability trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support or lead ESG strategy, decarbonization, and climate risk engagements.
- Contribute to ESG reporting and regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., GRI, IFRS, CSRD)
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.
- Develop ESG policies, governance structures, and internal control frameworks.
- Participate in ESG audits and assurance processes.
- Monitor evolving ESG regulations and advise clients on implications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance ESG reporting processes and systems.
Technical Aspects
- Working knowledge of ESG frameworks: GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, IFRS, BRSR.
- Experience with Scope 1–3 emissions, scenario analysis, and climate risk modeling.
- Exposure to life cycle assessments (LCA), environmental impact assessments, and sustainability metrics.
- Ability to contribute to ESG and integrated report writing.
- Familiarity with ESG ratings and disclosures (e.g., CDP, DJSI, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ESG consulting or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability trends.
- Experience supporting or managing ESG and risk management projects.
- Familiarity with climate disclosures, carbon accounting, and ESG data tools.
- ESG certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) are a plus.
