Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to manage the end-to-end corporate secretarial responsibilities at Iron Mountain India. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, secretarial standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. This position is critical in supporting the Board and senior leadership on governance, legal compliance, and corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable corporate laws. Provide guidance to the Board of Directors regarding their legal duties, responsibilities, and powers. Prepare agendas for Board, Committee, and subsidiary meetings; ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
