Job Summary

The Commissions Analyst is responsible for preparing, calculating, and reviewing monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses for internal and external partners. This role will support system integrations, enhancements, and analytics development for commissions stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries, perform root-cause analysis, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commission calculations across multiple plans and ensure accuracy and compliance with compensation structures.
  • Lead implementation of new compensation plans in coordination with Sales Ops and Channel Ops.
  • Document functional requirements and support programming enhancements for compensation systems.
  • Perform reconciliation and root-cause analysis for commission discrepancies and communicate resolution status.
  • Support Oracle Sales CX Incentive Compensation module and related systems.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics for commissions stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and IT to ensure alignment on compensation processes and data integrity.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commissions, compensation analysis, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation systems, preferably Oracle Sales CX.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with global compensation structures
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle ERP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
