Commissions Analyst

Role Overview: Syndigo is seeking a detail-oriented Commission Analyst for their Bangalore location. As a Commission Analyst, you will play a critical role in calculating, analyzing, and administering sales incentive plans to drive performance and align with business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure incentive plans are effective and compliant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the ongoing daily operation of Xactly, including updating personnel information, processing commissions data, and distributing plan and quota documents. - Ensure the accuracy of employee data within the commissions system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute and explain incentive plans, providing training and support to the sales team on compensation plans and Xactly functionality. - Maintain internal process documentation and audit trails for all incentive-related processes. - Provide ongoing support to address commission calculation-related inquiries from the sales teams. - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales compensation processes continuously. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - # years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, or similar is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
