IT Support Engineer (Level 1) Industry: Software, Master Data Management, Application Software, ERP, SaaS Primary responsibilities include - Building, setting up and configuring the Laptop/OS/Software systems required by both new and existing employees as required. Creating and deploying Laptop and Desktop Images, perform end user patch, Backup and restore Manage IT Software and systems like Windows/MAC OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory User Management, Printer and Peripherals, Install and configure security VPN, Anti-Virus, Encryption etc. Monitoring IT infrastructure components like AV/VC equipment s, Networking devices, WiFi gears Manage and follow the ticketing process and reporting. This hybrid role combines declarative administration and Apex development expertise to deliver automation, integrations, and optimized user experiences across Sales, Service, and Operations. The ideal candidate thrives in both configuration and code someone comfortable translating business requirements into elegant technical solutions that drive productivity and growth. Duties/Responsibilities: Administration Build and maintain automation via Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Record-Triggered Flows. Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and validation. Partner with Business Analysts and System Owners to implement new features and enhancements. Development Design and develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Test Classes. Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other middleware. Implement CI/CD practices for metadata deployments (e.g., GitHub, Copado, Gearset).
