Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis - I Continental to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
