Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages as per Chaayos recipes and quality standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming caf experience.
Take customer orders accurately and handle POS billing.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, counters, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs at all times.
Assist in stock handling, FIFO practices, and inventory checks.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth caf operations during peak hours.
Address customer feedback and escalate issues to the Shift Manager when required.

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and caf operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum
12 years of experience
as a Barista in QSR / Caf / Retail F&B.
Education:
Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
Should be comfortable with standing for long hours and handling peak rush.
