Job Title: Senior Brand Manager ATL Marketing Location: [Location, e.g., Gurugram / Mumbai] Department: Marketing Reports To: Head – Marketing / GM – Brand & Communication Industry: FMCG – Packaged Foods (Rice, Staples, Ready-to-Eat, Organic Foods) Experience Required: 6–10 years (strong ATL focus) Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead ATL marketing efforts for LT Foods' consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mass media marketing and a proven track record of building brand awareness through TV, print, radio, cinema, and outdoor media . This role is critical in driving our brand visibility, recall, and equity in a highly competitive FMCG landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ATL-focused brand campaigns across TV, print, OOH, radio, and cinema. Lead creative briefing and campaign development with advertising agencies. Collaborate with media agencies for strategic media planning, buying, and optimization. Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all ATL touchpoints. Leverage consumer insights and market research to guide campaign strategy. Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, frequency, GRPs/TRPs, brand lift). Manage ATL budgets and ensure cost-effective media spend. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, NPD, digital, trade marketing) for integrated planning. Monitor competitor activities and market trends in ATL communication. Handle brand launches, seasonal promotions, and repositioning campaigns through ATL media. Key Skills & Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in brand marketing with a strong focus on ATL campaigns . Proven success in managing TV commercials, print ads, and large-scale brand campaigns . Hands-on experience working with creative and media agencies . Strong understanding of media metrics (GRP, TRP, BARC, Nielsen). Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills. MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute (preferred). FMCG experience is mandatory ; packaged food experience is a strong advantage .
