Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage

  daily operations

  for local and outstation deliveries.
• Supervise and guide the

  existing operations team

  to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Handle

  daily client coordination

  ensure order updates, resolve delivery issues, and maintain service excellence.
• Liaise with

  courier and transport partners

  to track shipments and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
• Identify and onboard

  cost-effective logistics partners

  while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor

  key account deliveries

  to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Analyze and

  optimize delivery costings

  for better operational efficiency.
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  in systems, processes, and vendor performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  

• 4+ years

  of experience in operations/logistics (preferably in food, FMCG, or HORECA sector).
• Proven track record in managing teams and handling multi-city deliveries.
  
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
