Oversee
day-to-day accounting operations
and ensure books are updated and accurate.
Prepare and finalize all data
required for IT returns, GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC filings.
Coordinate with external CA
and auditors for filing, audits, and statutory compliance.
Monitor
cash flow
, manage
debtor payments
, and plan fund allocation.
Prepare
monthly MIS reports
,
P&L statements
, and
financial summaries
for management.
Support in
budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
for business decisions.
Maintain compliance with all accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
3+ years
of experience in accounting and finance (preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or HORECA environment).
Strong working knowledge of
Tally / ERP software
and Excel.
Good understanding of
statutory compliance requirements
(GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
