Maintaining quality control and problem solving on site. 7. Timely site handover and feedback form submission with Client sign compulsory 8. Maintaining full site report and Responsible for arranging Glass,Local window and pleated mesh order on time. 9. Checking completion of work according to planning

Material management (Material stock- audit), Store management, Scaffolding, Scrap management (Stock maintain report to senior management with sign) Organize workflow, manpower and ensure that labours understand their duties or delegated tasks Timely site handover and feedback form submission with Client sign compulsory Site activities as per approved drawing, MTO Site inspection (Quality, Material, Labour checking daily updated in daliy working report) Attending site visits other than alloted ongoing project On site daily stand up meeting with contractor & labour, attend weekly in office (Site presentation report and review) Planning and execution of sites without delay and Complition of work within deadlines Presentation of daily working with Contactor and labour(Asign daily task updated in daily working report) Taking measurement at site for final billing and submit to billing dep. Measuring and monitoring safety performance Maintain daily labours attedance records compulsory & monthly checking material stock on site with senior management sign (on every month end in last week) Compulsory attend weekly meeting, present work report and solving the problem of our site, solved problem inform to Project Manager Submit material Bills & actual expenses sheet on time as per date. (IOU) Working update 3 times in a day to upper management (On whats up group), Daily timing and working update on group and reply whats app message.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation of System Typical Details in AutoCAD. Preparation of Concept 3D Drawing as per Requirement. Preparation of Shop drawings in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Study and checking of the structural calculations Report. Preparation Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Preparation of MTO as per Approved Shop Drawing. All MTO Details Explain to Site Team, Fabrication Team etc. Preparation of All Types Fabrication drawings (Aluminium, MS, SS, GI, Glass, PVC etc.) Preparation of Site execution drawings as per site condition. Mock Up Drawing Working, MTO Fabrication etc. Preparation of As Built drawings. Material Reconciliation. Site Visit (As requirement) Attending the Meeting with Clients, Architects, Consultant & Internal Team. Co-ordination with Client, Architect, Fabricators, Subcontractor, Supplier, Site team, production team, purchases team, Tender Department, Billing Department &Internal Design Team etc.

Role & responsibilities Order Login and Order processing on time by proper follow up with Lixil and Payment update and followup of Lixil Properly checking of Red flag and Drawings and DP and give CP confirmation to Lixil Preparing Sales Invoice and Sales order booking in TALLY ERP as per work order with senior management sign, Submitting to Sales/Estimation department SO to be generated Weekly ( For CASH and Online as well) As per the WCS when you prepare a excel for order process cross check Colour, size, design with the final approval sign of Sales person and Site Engineer (Responsible person) Responsible for Email Format of WCS to Clients Preparing Proforma Invoice Bills in Excel format Tax Invoices Preparation and Tax Invoices ( Extra Copy) Submiting to Accounts Department and Update and send weekly sheet on Group of Payment Update of Payment processed and reply on group once Receipt of payment received. Update of Payment of LIXIL Daily on Group includes Login, Process, Dispatch and Remarks. Purchase bills of Lixil checking and Submitting to accounts department Purchase order (PO) and Revised PO preparing and maintaining records filling in Tally ERP with senior management signl Coordinate with Sales and Execution team and Keep taking daily follow up (Login, process on time) Maintaining Weekly Review Report and daily timing and working update on group.
